Swiss-based Kempinski luxury hotel management will open a floating residence and hotel in the world’s most advanced and ultra-luxurious metropolis in Dubai in the near future.
According to Isna and quoted by IA, Kempinski’s floating palace will be a floating building surrounded by 12 luxury floating villas, and the villas can also move to other anchorages. The door of this five-star floating residence will be opened to guests in 2023.
This floating palace will be located next to one of the most exclusive beaches in Dubai and will be an exciting place for some travelers with attractive accommodations.
The main building of the Floating Palace will consist of four parts, the central part of which is connected by a glass pyramid building, and will have all the features of a five-star hotel, from exclusive restaurants to spas, pools, boutiques and banquet halls. This residence will have 156 rooms and suites and 12 villas.
This company has considered the year 2023 to open this luxury floating hotel.
The 12 luxury villas, connected by pontoons, are available for both sale and rent to hotel guests and can sail at a maximum speed of 6 nautical miles. In addition, the interesting thing about these villas is that they are equipped with solar panels and are designed to be environmentally friendly.
